You’ll learn more about the benefits of induction cooking and how Solar Savers can make it easy to switch. \nBe inspired to get creative with vegetable scraps\, odds and ends and excess seasonal produce! \nWorkshop content: \n\nInduction cooking – how it works\, cookware\, how to switch\nFood waste impacts\nInteractive cooking demonstration and tasting – Veggie Scrap Fritters\nHands on activity  – Pantry Clear Out Bliss Balls\n\nThe workshop will be followed by a 2-course lunch\, including food prepared during the hands on activity. \n  \nAbout Open Table \nOpen Table is a Melbourne based charity with the dual purpose of increasing food security and reducing food waste. A passionate advocate for cultural rights\, he shares his extensive knowledge to help others understand and respect Wurundjeri heritage. \nAs a Winston Churchill Fellowship recipient\, Uncle Bill studied cultural practice among First Nations communities in urban settings.
