DESCRIPTION:Join the Astronomical Society of Victoria (ASV) for a stargazing evening at Ruffey Lake Park. \nASV astronomers will be on hand with telescopes and demonstrations. \nKey details \nPlease bring a torch covered with red cellophane (to keep your night vision)\, mosquito repellent\, snacks and warm clothes. \nTelescopes will be arranged near Mimi’s Memorial Tree in Ruffey Lake Park. \nParking will be available at The Boulevard Playground car park. \nPlease note\, this event may be cancelled due to cloud cover (>25% cover) or in the event of a total fire ban or poor weather.
