We are celebrating National Bird Week by taking part in the biggest citizen science project to hit Australian shores.
Join thousands of people from across the country, heading out into their backyards, local parks or favourite open spaces to take part in the Aussie Bird Count.
To take part, simply download the Aussie Bird Count app on your smartphone or tablet and spend 20 minutes in your backyard or local park, recording all the birds you see and hear.
This data helps us understand local bird populations and support revegetation work to help our local bird communities.
